At Groupe immobilier IWP, our people-focused mindset is reflected in everything we do and through our employees’ commitment.<\/p>\n

Our STORY<\/p>\n

We’ve been on the South Shore since 1975\u2026 And yet, we’ve gotten younger over the years! Here\u2019s our secret: we’re family oriented!<\/p>\n

In the beginning…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our founder, Wilfrid Poulin, was one of the most well-known and respected businessmen on the South Shore. When he founded Les immeubles Wilfrid Poulin lt\u00e9e, he dreamed of consolidating the entrepreneurial spirit of the South Shore, which he did by marketing office buildings and contributing to the real estate growth of the area; all thanks to his flair and his concern for quality in construction. At that time, few business people from the French-speaking community dared to invest in commercial and industrial real estate. We owe our success to his innovative spirit.<\/p>\n

Today, our family business is managed by our 2nd generation of talented entrepreneurs. Four brothers and managers who complement each other thanks to their related backgrounds: engineering, law and business administration.<\/p>\n
